For Lars Niklasson, cooking starts with the ingredients. His passion for hunting, nature and Swedish food shapes a tasting menu built on the flavours of autumn.
The tasting menu is served to the whole table, and wine or non-alcoholic pairings can be added on the evening at an extra cost. Please arrive from 17:45. Dinner is served at 18:00.
